These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, including online and telephone orders, dine-in reservations, collection, and delivery. By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ordering
- Orders can be placed via our website, mobile app, or by telephone.
- Orders may also be placed via third-party platforms such as Uber Eats, Just Eat, and Deliveroo. For such orders, delivery and payment are managed solely by the respective third-party company. Shobha’s Rasoi is only responsible for preparing and packing your food.
- Our mobile app is managed by OrderYOYO, a third-party provider responsible for menu hosting, dish availability, and app payments.
3. Payment
- Website and app orders: Payment is taken securely online.
- Telephone collection orders: Cash payment must be made in full on arrival before collecting food.
- Delivery orders by telephone: Cash payment must be handed directly to the driver. Please note that our drivers do not carry card machines.
4. Dine-In Reservations
Reservations can be made via our website, app, or by phone. A reservation confirmation email/SMS may be required to validate your booking.
5. Delivery Policy
- Delivery is available on orders of £25 or more.
- Free delivery may be offered selectively as a promotional service and is subject to driver availability. We reserve the right to limit or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
- Our delivery coverage is generally within a 3-mile radius of the restaurant. If your postcode is not listed, please call us between 5:30 PM and 10:30 PM to check if delivery can be arranged.
- Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and location. Please allow between 30 minutes to 1 hour for delivery.
6. Collection Orders
Collection orders can be placed online, by phone, or via our app. If ordering by phone, please ensure full payment is made in cash at the restaurant before receiving your food.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Once food is prepared, cancellations cannot be accepted.
- Refunds will only be issued in cases where food is proven to be unsatisfactory or incorrect, at our discretion.
- For third-party platform orders, refund requests must be directed to Uber Eats, Just Eat, or Deliveroo, as per their policies.
8. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Some of our dishes may contain allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, or shellfish. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies at the time of order. We cannot guarantee that any dish is completely allergen-free due to shared preparation areas.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for late deliveries caused by traffic, weather, or third-party driver shortages. For orders placed via third-party apps, all liability for delivery delays, payments, or driver issues rests with the respective platform.

- Name, address, contact number, and payment details for online/app/phone orders.
- Name, contact number, and email address for dine-in reservations.
- Data collected and processed by our app partner OrderYOYO.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To process and deliver your order.
- To confirm bookings and reservations.
- To provide customer service and resolve issues.
- To send promotional offers (if you have opted in).
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data required for online/app orders is securely shared with OrderYOYO. For third-party app orders (Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo), your personal data is handled by those companies in accordance with their privacy policies.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Online payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers.
5. Your Rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.

- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements).

Delivery Policy
- Delivery is available for orders of £25 or more.
- Free delivery, when advertised, is a promotional and selective service subject to driver availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Our standard delivery area covers postcodes within a 3-mile radius of our restaurant. If your postcode is not listed during checkout, please call us between 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM to confirm availability.
- Delivery times are typically between 30 minutes and 1 hour, but may vary during peak periods.
- For third-party platform orders (Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo), delivery is managed entirely by those companies. Any issues with delivery, drivers, or payments must be raised with the respective platform.
Complaints & Returns
We always strive to provide the highest quality food and service. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please follow the steps below:
- Incorrect or Missing Items: Contact us immediately on 020 8861 1825. We will arrange for the missing or correct items to be prepared, or offer a suitable resolution.
- Food Quality Issues: If you believe the food is not up to standard, please call us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We may request that you return the food so we can investigate the issue.
- Cold Food: While we take every care to deliver food hot and fresh, external factors may cause delays. If your order arrives unreasonably cold, please contact us right away to discuss a resolution.
- Refunds: Refunds are granted at the management’s discretion and may take 3–5 working days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Third-Party Orders: If your order was placed via Uber Eats, Just Eat, or Deliveroo, please raise complaints or refund requests directly with the respective platform, as payments and deliveries are managed by them.

The quantity was satisfactory. Service was quick, however this is a weekday experience. Another positive aspect is that they do not add any service charge to bill, which in most of the places is 12.5% ( although it is stated discretionary but it is embarrassing to not pay; 12.5% is too high for me)
